The name to vote for on 7th May in East Grinstead Imberhorne and Crawley Down is local parish councillor Liz Williams.
I am honoured to have been selected as your Conservative candidate in Imberdown, the West Sussex County Council division serving East Grinstead Imberhorne and Crawley Down. With local government currently navigating through significant national change, your postal vote in this West Sussex election is important.
As a local Parish Councillor, I know and understand the concerns you have. If I am elected as your County Councillor I will work tirelessly to:
- Be a strong voice and use every opportunity to be an advocate for our community
- Support local investment, reinvigorating our town and village centres and improving our infrastructure.
- Protect our Sussex identity, opposing inappropriate development and defending the right to live without interruption or intimidation. The rule of law applies to everyone and should be enforced equally.
- Listen to businesses and help their needs
- Strive for good services including roads, education and training, public transport and social care.
This year West Sussex County Council under the Conservatives has delivered a balanced budget with no cuts to frontline services and no reliance on reserves. The Labour government has already announced WSCC will lose £30 million of government funding in the next three years. Only the Conservatives have a proven track record of financial prudence, service delivery and stability.
I would be honoured to have your vote so that I can work hard for you, building on what has already been achieved.
