The Conservatives have a plan to free up police time so we get more officers on the streets, enforcing the law.
This is just one way we plan to Take Back Our Streets.
"Crime must have consequences", said Conservative Party leader, Kemi Badenoch as she went out with police in Surrey this week on a drugs raid, accompanied by Shadow Home Secretary, Chris Philp MP.
"The Police should investigate all basic leads. The criminals should be the ones in fear", she added.
Chris Philp MP said he witnessed a large stash of drugs, knives and illicit cash being recovered and the suspected dealer arrested.
" We must have zero tolerance for drug dealing Well down to Surrey Police for this job," he said.
Conservatives believe that the police should:
Always investigate leads;
Always follow up a Find My iPhone signal if it’s stolen;
Always follow up a stolen bike advertised on eBay;
Always run a CCTV or mobile phone image of a suspect through the facial recognition database 92% of crimes currently aren’t solved. This is just not good enough.
