Conservative MP Mims Davies joined ITV in Parliament discussing South East Water's recent failure to keep the taps running in and around East Grinstead.
Throughout this experience, Mims has been keeping constituents as updated as possible on Facebook and has been speaking out massively on this issue and also wrote to the Chair of South East Water demanding new leadership.
The first chance Mims had after the weekend from hell for her constituents in East Grinstead, Uckfield, and the villages, Mims was speaking in Parliament on the matter:
Mims asked in the Chamber if the Leader of the House can make the government time to discuss community, business impact, vulnerable people, livestock, and of course the challenges around compensation and performance for those affected.

I was pleased to join ITV in Parliament to discuss the shocking situation my constituents, and others, have had to face due to South East Water.
Now that the taps are back on, I know the topic of compensation is hugely on my resident's minds - including the local businesses who also suffered loss due to the water outages.
ITV managed to nail down the Scarlet Pimpernel, Mr Hinton himself, my constituents want answers from him which need to ring true.
We need substantial leadership change, there is a board meeting this week - do they really think the people on the ground, and those volunteering at water stations, can really trust this leadership to have their back if this happens again?
